Our Mission
Citizens Against Domestic Violence/Victim Outreach Center (CADV/VOC) provides safe shelter and advocacy services to victims of domestic and sexual violence. CADV/VOC promotes principles that educate, empower and support those experiencing domestic violence or sexual assault. Through community education and prevention programs, we strive to eliminate the negative effects and incidents of domestic and sexual violence.
